Yes. Every job starts with a free, no-obligation estimate. We look at the property, confirm exactly what is included, and put it in writing before any work is scheduled. There is no pressure to book on the spot.

Do you handle both residential and commercial work?

Accepted Answer

We do. Around half our work is homes — house cleaning, deep cleans, windows, gutters, and exterior washing. The other half is commercial: offices, storefronts, clinics, and trash enclosure service on nightly, weekly, or monthly schedules.

What is the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?

Accepted Answer

A standard clean is maintenance — surfaces, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms kept at a good baseline. A deep clean adds the detailed work: baseboards, trim, grout, inside appliances and cabinets, light fixtures, vents, and behind movable furniture. If nobody has professionally cleaned in six months, start with a deep clean.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?

Not the way we do it. Painted siding, stucco, and older timber get soft washed — low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew at the root. Only concrete, pavers, and masonry get genuinely high pressure. Matching the method to the surface is the whole job.

Once a year for most properties, ideally in early autumn before the heavy storms arrive. Homes under mature tree cover — common in Blue Lake, Bayside, and parts of McKinleyville — often need a second visit partway through the season.
